Account and payment support

The editorial inbox maintains directory content. It does not control third-party App accounts, deposits, withdrawals, KYC reviews or forgotten passwords. Use a support route published by the current App destination for those issues.

No legitimate directory correction requires a password, card PIN, one-time code or remote access to a device. Remove those details from any message. If a destination’s support identity is unclear, pause before sharing account information.

How reports are assessed

A correction is checked against the captured record, the current page and the supplied public evidence. Facts can be updated when the evidence is clear. Unsupported ratings, guaranteed payout statements, promotional claims and anonymous screenshots without context are not added as verified facts.
